This policy explains how ANOG Group (“ANOG”, “we”) collects and uses personal data through anoggroup.com. Our administrative headquarters is at Kalman Imre 1, 1054 Budapest, Hungary, and we process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, subject and message. Our web server also records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

We use contact form data only to answer your enquiry and to follow up on a possible business relationship. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and for no longer than 3 years after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise.
